Arjeplog Heli-Trophy: Private Helicopter Fly Fishing Expedition
Overview
The Arjeplog Heli-Trophy is our June flagship — a private, all-inclusive expedition timed with the start of the polar summer and the massive mayfly hatch, when trophy fish are at their peak activity. We open access to secluded mountain canyons in the Arjeplog municipality, home to some of Europe's most record-heavy grayling (1.0–2.0+ kg) and wild brown trout. Your personal guide, private helicopter, quota-managed waters and full logistics are reserved exclusively for your group of 4.
Highlights
Day 1 — Arrival & base camp
Meet at Arvidsjaur Airport (AJR) and transfer by car to Arjeplog. Cottage check-in, a hearty dinner prepared by your guide, and evening tackle preparation.
Day 2 — Helicopter drop into the canyon
Morning helicopter flight (Eurocopter/Bell) into a closed mountain canyon. Set up a light camp, fish the rapids and campfire kitchen with freshly caught fish. Overnight in expedition tents under the midnight sun.
